Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Time:

Standard Shipping: We offer 2 to 3 business days shipping for all domestic orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Cost: Shipping is free if your order is $100.00 or more. If under $100.00 shipping will be calculated for your region.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet our delivery times, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control (e.g., due to weather or high demand). Please refer to your tracking number for the latest status of your package.
International Shipping:
At this time we do not offer international shipping.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns:
We want you to love what you ordered! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most items from the date of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Non-returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on swimwear, intimate wear, or any custom/personalized products.
How to Return an Item:
- Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at Thefitchickbrand@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your items back.
- Ship the Item: Use the provided return shipping label (if applicable) to send your item back. Please ensure the return package is securely packed to avoid any damage during shipping.
Refunds:
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. We do not process exchanges directly, but we are happy to assist you with any questions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at thefitchickbrand@gmail.com. We will provide a replacement or full refund, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective products.
Important Notes:
- The Fit Chick reserves the right to refuse returns if the item(s) do not meet the return eligibility criteria (e.g., worn or washed items).
- Items purchased during sales or promotions may have different return or exchange terms. Please refer to the specific promotion for details.
